Raiders’ Gerald McCoy out for rest of 2021 with second season-ending injury in two years, per report

Two days after being whisked off the field against Crows and every other day Raiders Coach John Gruden indicated that he suffered a “long-term” knee injury, a veteran of the defense. Gerald McCoy is sent to the injured reserve due to his second injury at the end of the season in the same number of years. This is according to ESPN and NFL Networkwho said Wednesday that the 33-year-old linesman will be replaced on the 53-man roster by a former Chargers substitute.
